Rock Rapids, IA - (April 20, 2011) Alpha Omega Academy is pleased to announce the keynote speakers for 2011 regional graduation ceremonies for enrolled seniors who meet graduation requirements. Regional graduation ceremony speakers are the following:
Mr. Kevin Youngblood - Dallas, TX - Friday, May 6, 2011
Mr. Roger Bouwman - Orlando, FL - Friday, May 27, 2011
Rev. Ron Harrison - Washington, D.C. - Thursday, June 2, 2011
Regional ceremonies include a presentation of high school diplomas to seniors (who are in their caps and gowns), an inspirational address by the keynote speaker, and the opportunity to meet members of the AOA staff and faculty, followed by a reception and dessert bar.
In addition to graduation ceremonies, seniors attending can participate in a day-away field trip the day before the ceremony. Locations for field trips were selected out of three options and voted on by attendees. The locations for field trips are the following:
Dallas World Aquarium - Dallas, TX - Thursday, May 5, 2011
Orlando Science Center - Orlando, FL - Thursday, May 26, 2011
National Aquarium - Washington, D.C. - Wednesday, June 1, 2011
The deadline to register to attend 2011 graduation ceremonies has passed. However, families with AOA students living in these regional locations are welcome to attend to observe the ceremony if they wish. For those registered to attend, you may contact your academy service representative at 800.682.7396 if you have questions about graduation events.

My daughter will be a senior next year. We live in the D/FW area and would like to attend the graduation ceremony just to see what it's like. Where do we get the information to see where the ceremony will be held?
