Alpha Omega Academy® is very excited to announce that we have a new director for the Academy! Reverend Gary O'Neill joined the Academy in early January and has already hit the ground running!...

February is the month when we honor our two greatest U.S. Presidents, George Washington and Abraham Lincoln, born on the 22nd and 12th, respectively. We honor Washington for his character and leadership, around which colonial Americans rallied to win their freedom from an oppressive monarch, and again for the leadership that gave us our Constitution and a pattern for all future presidents. We honor Lincoln for his character and leadership that guided this nation through its darkest hour, bringing national unity and the end of slavery....

Her drive for perfection, determination, and faith are all reasons why Christina Haselerhansen has been chosen as February's student of the month. Haselerhansen, a sophomore at Alpha Omega Academy®, lives with her family in Hawaii. One of the reasons Christina chose AOA was the fact that her family was traveling and would need to be schooled from home. Her mom found out about AOA's distance learning program and let Christina know that her studies would be online, and she would be able to work at her own pace. The other main reason was the Christian-based curriculum, the importance of learning about God while studying....
