Fun Fall Art Ideas

The leaves are falling.

That means it's time for fall art projects! No matter if you're an online student or a teacher with 20 students in your class, arts and crafts is a wonderful way to celebrate individual creativity and the beauty of the seasons. Crafts can also help students visualize and illustrate lessons in other subjects, too, such as photosynthesis in science, leaf structure in botany, or a fall-themed story or poem.

Of course, craft difficulty should vary by grade level. Here are a few videos of fun fall crafts to get you started:

Elementary Grades - Paper Bag Turkey

Middle school Grades - Wax Paper Leaf Collage

High school Grades - Tips for Drawing and Pressing Leaves

These video ideas are just the beginning!

Be inspired to create your own original fall art by seeing what other projects are online or just by walking through nature. The best art comes from the unique ideas you have. Never be afraid to express your own perspective. Plus, it's much more fun than just copying someone else's art project.

As always, happy learning.
