Alpha Omega Academy is fully equipped with teachers, faculty advisors, administrators, and support personnel to provide for your student’s academic needs. Our staff is available to assist you on weekdays between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm Central Standard Time.
Technical support is also available online. Updates and downloads may also be found on this website as well.
Through your time with AOA, your main point of contact will be your Academy Services Representative (ASR). Your ASR will provide you with their direct extension as well as their email address. Parents are encouraged to contact their ASR first when they have questions or concerns about their student’s program.
Other staff members may be contacted by phone or e-mail. To help us manage our call volume, a phone tree is in place to direct your call. Listen carefully to each option, and then select the department you wish to contact. If phone calls are unusually heavy, please leave a message on our voice mail; we will make every effort to return your call as soon as possible. When calling after business hours, please leave a message and we will return your call on the next business day.
If you have privacy-protection services on your home phone, please program the Academy phone number, 712.472.6610, into your system so that we may communicate more efficiently with you. This number should be used solely for privacy protection services and should NOT be used for contacting AOA.
