Spark students’ imaginations! In 4th grade science, students focus on the living universe and God’s creation. This Bible-based online academy course integrates hands-on experiment activities with lessons to emphasize science concepts. Deepening your students’ love of science, this course’s topics include plants and animals, the environment, and physical and chemical science.

Additional study topics in this online academy course include weather, the solar system, and the earth’s atmosphere. Lessons include content on electricity, changes in matter, magnetism, atoms and molecules, stars and space, the earth’s rotation and revolution, the gift of nature, and conservation practices. Course units contain quizzes and tests to evaluate progress and student mastery.

Materials are required to complete the experiments in this course. Please view a list of supplies at the academy’s website. If materials are not available to you, some projects include videos of the experiment that students can watch to meet the experiment requirements.
