Nancy Wurpts — Academy Services Representative
When Nancy Wurpts began working at Alpha Omega Academy as an Academy Services Representative (ASR), she embarked on a new career that has been both rewarding and fulfilling. As ASR to distance learning students and their families, Nancy schedules placement tests, arranges guidance counselor appointments, and answers any questions that families may have about the distance learning program or courses. After teaching Sunday school for many years, Nancy has developed a love for working with children and said, "I like to talk to the AOA students to see how they are doing with their school work."
Born and raised in Luverne, Minnesota, Nancy is a native of the area near Alpha Omega Academy. Growing up, she spent many weekends camping there with her family. Today, she still loves to camp with her two grown daughters, son-in-law, and husband of 30 years. Nancy's interests also include watching football and baseball games plus listening to music. Friendly, cheerful, and helpful, Nancy believes in living life to its fullest and looks forward to many more exciting opportunities to help both her family and the families of distance learning students at AOA.
