Being an education coordinator is a natural role for Kristy May, who loves helping students plan their course tracks. From re-enrolling students at the end of the year to answering family’s questions about courses, May loves helping each of her AOA families.
“I enjoy talking to parents and students,” she said, “and encouraging them to do well in their courses.”
She feels most fulfilled at work whenever she is able to make things easier for a family or help students do strive to be independent and do their best.
May is a mother to three children, and she enjoys spending time together as a family.
“My kids are very active in sports, so most of my free time is spent cheering them on as I’m very competitive myself,” May said. “I love seeing them succeed in all things they do! My husband and I love to go bow hunting in the fall together and just spend time as a family as much as we can.”
