As a member of school support services for Alpha Omega Academy (AOA), Jane Aning processes registrations, assigns classes to AOA Alliance students, and informs Alliance school administrators of their students’ educational progress. With experience in administrative and secretarial work, Aning is used to working with the public. She said, “I feel most fulfilled in my position when I am able to assist Alliance schools with their students’ educational progress.”
Born into a large farm family of nine children, Aning and her siblings always had to help with chores around the house and yard. Instilling an appreciation for God’s many blessings, Aning’s mother taught her not to feel sorry for herself when life got hard. “If you look around, you’ll see there is someone else who has it worse than you,” her mother always said. With so many people under one roof, Aning also learned how to be a good cook and care for the needs of others. Today, her easygoing nature, hard work ethic, and friendly personality make her a valuable member to her own family and to the Alpha Omega Academy team as well.
