General Electives Course for Grades 7, 8
Middle School Physical Education is a great way for students to be introduced to concepts of exercise, including calculating your personal target heart rate, understanding the importance of warm up/cool down, and having a basic understanding of calorie burning.
Some exercises are picked out for students to complete, while others let students choose an exercise they enjoy. The goal is to build lifelong skills that can physically and mentally improve a student’s life and wellbeing.
